Another month and another class done. I don't think I will do many fondant cakes, the family doesn't like to eat them, but they sure are pretty. I will be starting another class next month (flowers and cake design). After that I will have to check into taking classes from CNM or a specialty shop. I really want to keep taking some kind of classes.
