Balloons are back

At least in my cards. These are the little cups from Stampin Up as are the stamps. I haven't stamped a sentiment on the front yet, I will wait and see what I need in the next few days.

Cupcake card and wrapper

Very cute SVG file found here for the cupcake wrapper and card. This will be a great little gift for my husbands little niece. The wrapper holds a large cupcake and it will be Chocolate.

Glass Bricks

Here is my first try at the glass bricks. I found the bricks at Hobby lobby after Christmas sale at 50% off so only paid $5.00 for it. The lights (20 lights per strand) are from Walmart for $.37 at the end of the season. I have a few new ideas for more of these so you will be seeing more of these for sure

Suitcase

It is my middle son’s 21st birthday today……… I know I don’t feel a day over 21 myself. Well I hope he has a great year ahead. He asked my husband and me to go out to the bar with him and his friends. Now how sweet is that? Don't think I will try to keep up with the young one's this time. lol

How cute is this little suitcase???? I just love it! Again this is an SVG file for the SCAL and the Cricut.

Overall gift bag

Another SCAL SVG cut, this little gift bag is very cute. Again the SVG came from Here. I used my white gel pen to make the stitch marks. Again on the brown paper from xpedx, I think I am down to about 100 pices left. lol

Graduation Cupcake holder

Graduation is fast on its way for my son Mitch. I found this cute little cupcake holder HERE.

The worm and the apple... again.. But it is soooooooo cute.

I am home early and my friend is doing just great. I just love these apples, this is the 2nd SVG file I made and I just love the way it came out. The small apple is about 2" tall and the large one about 8". That is the thing I really like about the SCAL program; you can cut any size you want. I can email the file to anyone that wants it (that is the only way I know how to do it) email addresses will not be shared or saved.

Will be away

I won't have any post until Monday or so. I am going to go and take care of a friend who is having surgery and needs someone to stay with her. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Letters from yesterdays post

Here are the letters from yesterdays post. The heart was another SVG file found HERE. This one is large about 11", the pink paper is stampin up and the brown is still the the same one from Xpedx ( I only have about 225 sheets) lol

Valentines Day

I am working on Valentine's Day items. This is an SVG cut I found Here. I have used the letters that were cut out on another project I will post  tomorrow. I did use the brown paper but I put Pink under it, and it was a very nice change for me.lol

My Second Try making an SVG File

This is my second try at making an SVG file. I think it came out sooooooooo cute. The apple is only about 2" tall. I made it in one file so you have to cut it 3 times. That's the reason for the green apples and the red worm. lol I do need a new blade, the cuts are not quit as nice as they should be. If you would like the files for any of the SVG files I have shown, please leave me a comment with your email and I will be happy to send the file to you.

Blue and Brown.. .. again uggggggggg

Ok so who knew I would get so tired of blue and brown............ So fast!!!!lol these are also cut with the SCAL and the Cricut machine. If you have the cricut and use the sure cuts a lot program I'd love to hear from you. These are just the card tops and cut so nice. remember I can always email the files to you.

Mitch won!!!!!

My son Mitch went to the State DECA competition yesterday. He was so sick but didn't want to miss the competition. He won in both his events. Way to go Mitch!!! He has one more competition to see if he moves on and goes to Washington DC.

More blue and brown

I know... can you believe I am still doing the brown and blue thing. Well when I told you I found a good deal on it did I also tell you it came 250 sheets per color...........lol Yup and I am going to use it!

Again these are more cards cut with the cricut and SCAL program. I am trying to test out all the SVG files I have and tweak them as I go. Most of the files I have found work just fine but I always run them through the inkscape program to clean them up (thanks to my friend Kristen for teaching me that trick). This really takes all the work out of making a card.... I do miss my inky fingers though.

Can't believe my baby is a Senior

This is for my son, he will graduate this year and the mascot of his school is a bear. Love the way this came out for his scrapbook. I am feeling like a Senior........ Citizen.........
